The red indicator on your dashboard is not something to worry about as long as your scores are up to date and you are on track with your submissions. It does not reflect your actual progress or standing in the program.
If you would like to double-check, scroll down to the overall progress section and click the "see score details" button to make sure all your scores are displayed correctly on your dashboard.
If everything looks good there, you are in great shape.
