Unable to progress after completing the onboarding course

Some learners are currently experiencing an issue where they cannot move to the next course after completing their onboarding course. 


Our technical team has identified the cause and is actively working to resolve it. No action is required from your end at this time.


Check back and try to access your next course again as many learners will regain access as the fix is applied. If you are still unable to progress after Tuesday, 12th May 2026, please submit a support ticket and a member of our team will assist you.
