What do “Payment Required”, “Overdue” and a paywall mean?

Payment Required — the system has not yet recorded a successful payment from you for the current billing period.

Overdue — a payment was due, and the system hasn’t received or matched one yet. This can also appear briefly while a genuine payment is still being reconciled.

Paywall — a screen that blocks course content until payment is confirmed. If you’ve already paid and you see this, it is almost always a reflection delay rather than a missing payment — see the article “I paid, but I’m still seeing a paywall”.
